South Asian community (Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Nepalese, and Sri-Lankans) has increased in size tremendously in the last decade. But, no one has a clear idea about its size or the specific resources and services it needs. Therefore, the Association for Communal Harmony in Asia (ACHA), in cooperation with other local South Asian and related organizations, is conducting this survey.
Use extra pages, if necessary, for complete responses. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential. The data will be analyzed by a graduate student, Theresa Miller, under the supervision of Prof. Sunil Khanna, Ph.D., both from Oregon State University Department of Anthropology.
